The mission of the National Patagonian Center (CENPAT-CONICET) is to promote the development of science, the generation of high-quality scientific and technological education, support the training of highly qualified human resources and active integration with the educational and productive region. The Agreement on the
Conservation of Albatrosses and Petrels

ACAP is a multilateral agreement which seeks to conserve listed albatrosses, petrels and shearwaters by coordinating international activity to mitigate known threats to their populations.
